Responding vs. Reacting: The Power of Choice

We have two choices in life, to respond or react. There is no other choice, and our choice to respond or react will govern our entire quality of life. And this choice of ours is irrespective of circumstance…

Do you have difficulty making good choices, as in, true choices that allow you to absolutely resolve a situation such that you never react to that situation ever again? Or are you still learning the difference between reacting vs responding, if so then this video may be for you. Understanding the power of choice allows us to prevent becoming overwhelmed and/or helpless when dealing with the challenges in our lives.

Psychologist Brendan Mooney explores the ‘behind the scenes’ of life, the choice we make before everything else happens. Hold onto your wigs for this one as it is a big thing to consider that before our behaviours or even the thoughts we have, we make a choice that determines it all! This video might just change who you go on a date with, what car you buy, whether to leave your job or stay... the practicalities are endless!
