'Stress is a frequent and in some cases chronic experience for many, it heightens our nervous system and can take a huge toll on our bodies. Whilst the symptoms of stress may seem uncomfortable, what if we actually make choices that put our bodies into a stressful state? For example, running late for work, overeating, rushing, leaving things unresolved, having an argument with someone, or simply overdoing it. And if we are making choices like these, have we questioned why we do this, in other words, what are we getting out of living in a stressful way?' - Brendan Mooney Psychologist
