'Quality of life is not determined by how much money we earn, the car we drive, the job we have etc. but by the quality of our choices on a moment-to-moment basis. For example, how would you describe the quality of your walk as you walk into your workplace each day? For some they may already be feeling stressed about the day ahead, whereas others might feel low-grade anxiety. Have we fully considered the impact walking like this has on our quality of life? Furthermore, have we considered that we may have a choice to walk in a quality that is more supportive for our body?' - Brendan Mooney Psychologist
